Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

Sponsor and Promotion Overview

The AeroLuxe 22B Wide Body GC8 Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is sponsored and organized by AeroLuxe Auto Boutique, in collaboration with Fujiwara Tofu Cafe and Spamsubie (collectively referred to as the “Sponsors”).

AeroLuxe, Fujiwara Tofu Cafe, and Spamsubie are excited to offer the chance to win our AeroLuxe 22B Wide Body GC8 or Bunta’s GC8 for all fans and supporters through our exclusive merchandise giveaway.

Every merchandise gift pack purchased counts as an entry into the giveaway, giving supporters and the community the opportunity to take home this JDM legend.

Participation in this Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Giveaway Period

The official giveaway period begins on April 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 1st, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:

  • Legal residents of the United States
  • Individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Participants who comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Employees, affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of AeroLuxe Auto Boutique, Fujiwara Tofu Cafe, Spamsubie, or any associated promotional partners are not eligible to win.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation in this promotion is legal in their local jurisdiction.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Purchase Entry Method

Participants may enter the Giveaway by purchasing eligible merchandise through the official giveaway website.

  • Every merchandise gift pack purchased counts as one (1) entry into the Giveaway unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional merchandise purchases will result in additional entries.

All merchandise currently available on the website is pre-order only.

Orders will be collected during the Giveaway Period and production will begin halfway throughout the giveaway period. This production method allows Sponsors to maintain proper inventory levels and ensure product quality.

Once production is complete, merchandise orders will be shipped to customers.

Estimated fulfillment and shipping may take several months and may extend beyond the Giveaway Period depending on order volume and manufacturing timelines.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been processed and shipped.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

AeroLuxe 22B Wide Body GC8 (or Bunta’s GC8) as featured in the promotion.

Prize details include:

  • The vehicle will be awarded as-is
  • Vehicle specifications, modifications, and condition are as presented during the promotional campaign
  • Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances

Taxes and Fees

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable:

  • Federal taxes
  • State taxes
  • Local taxes
  • Registration fees
  • Licensing fees
  • Insurance costs
  • Transportation or shipping expenses not explicitly covered by the Sponsors

Sponsors may provide the winner with required IRS tax documentation, including Form 1099 where applicable.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place at the beginning of October 2026 prior to the Formula Drift Final Round event on October 24, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If the selected winner:

  • Cannot be contacted
  • Fails to respond within a reasonable time
  • Is deemed ineligible
  • Declines the prize

An alternate winner may be selected.

Giveaway Event Appearances

Throughout the Giveaway Period, the featured vehicle will be displayed at select events within the Formula Drift schedule alongside Fujiwara Tofu Cafe, allowing fans and supporters to view the vehicle in person.

Winner Announcement & Prize Collection

The winner will be publicly announced at the beginning of October before the Final Round of the Formula Drift season on October 24, 2026.

The winner will have the opportunity to:

  • Collect the vehicle in person at the Formula Drift Final Round event
  • Receive complimentary event tickets to attend and experience Formula Drift before taking the vehicle home.

If the winner is located outside the state of California, Sponsors will provide flight accommodations for the winner to travel to the event, experience Formula Drift, and receive the vehicle.

Additional travel expenses not explicitly covered may be the responsibility of the winner.

Prize Delivery Alternative

If the winner cannot attend the Final Round event in person, alternative arrangements may be made for vehicle pickup or delivery. Shipping or transport logistics may involve additional coordination and costs depending on the winner's location.

Pre-Order & Merchandise Disclaimer

By purchasing merchandise from this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All items are sold as pre-orders.

Production and fulfillment will begin throughout the order period and be fulfilled during and toward the end of the giveaway.

Shipping may take several months depending on order volume and manufacturing timelines.

Purchase of merchandise includes entry into the promotional giveaway, but no purchase is necessary where prohibited by law.

Giveaway entries tied to merchandise purchases are administered in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable laws.

Refund Policy

Due to the pre-order nature of the merchandise, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Supply chain delays
  • Shipping carrier issues
  • Unexpected production constraints

Sponsors are not responsible for delays beyond their control.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsors to use their:

  • Name
  • City and state
  • Image
  • Likeness
  • Photographs
  • Video footage

for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Giveaway, participants release and hold harmless AeroLuxe Auto Boutique, Fujiwara Tofu Cafe, Spamsubie, and all affiliated partners from any liability for:

  • Injury
  • Loss
  • Damages
  • Claims

arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsors are not responsible for:

  • Technical errors
  • Website outages
  • Lost or delayed entries
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

Fraud and Disqualification

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Attempts to tamper with the entry process
  • Submits fraudulent entries
  • Violates these Official Rules
  • Uses automated systems or bots

Sponsors also reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.

Vehicle Condition & Modifications Disclaimer

The giveaway prize vehicle, the AeroLuxe 22B Wide Body GC8 (or Bunta’s GC8), is a modified vehicle and may include aftermarket components, custom fabrication, performance upgrades, cosmetic modifications, and other non-OEM parts.

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The vehicle is awarded “AS-IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
  • The Sponsors make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the vehicle’s condition, performance, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The vehicle may not meet factory specifications and may include custom modifications intended for show, promotional, or enthusiast use.
  • Certain modifications may affect vehicle comfort, performance, emissions compliance, noise levels, or street legality depending on the laws of the winner’s state or jurisdiction.

The winner assumes full responsibility for the vehicle upon transfer, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle registration
  • Emissions compliance
  • Safety inspections
  • Insurance
  • Maintenance
  • Repair
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal laws

Sponsors do not guarantee that the vehicle will meet state-specific emissions or inspection requirements, and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle can be legally operated in their jurisdiction.

Any future maintenance, repairs, modifications, transportation, or regulatory compliance costs associated with the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By accepting the vehicle, the winner releases AeroLuxe Auto Boutique, Fujiwara Tofu Cafe, Spamsubie, and any associated partners from any liability related to the design, modification, mechanical condition, operation, or use of the vehicle after transfer of ownership.

Acceptance of Rules

By entering the Giveaway or purchasing merchandise associated with the promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
